We will place a $500 security/damage hold on all rentals. Hold will be placed on a credit/debit card on file upon arrival for reservation. Upon return boat will be inspected: the undamaged boat will result in hold release. If boat returns with damage the $500 hold will stay in place for up to 10 days, or until the boat has been assessed by a mechanic.
We try and be very flexible when it comes to bad weather. We will call you that morning if it is raining and you can either reschedule or get a refund on your payment. If you happen to already be on the water and get rained out, we can credit you the hours you didn't use for another trip.
