WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO RENT/OPERATE A BOAT OURSELVES?
VESSEL OPERATOR MUST BE BORN BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1, 1993 TO RENT AND OPERATE.
We do REQUIRE anyone born AFTER 1985 to have a BOATERS CERTIFICATE. For more information visit https://tpwd.texas.gov/education/boater-education/boater-education-online-courses
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full reservation price.
SECURITY HOLD
We will place a $500 security/damage hold on all rentals. Hold will be placed on a credit/debit card on file upon arrival for reservation. Upon return boat will be inspected: the undamaged boat will result in hold release. If boat returns with damage the $500 hold will stay in place for up to 10 days, or until the boat has been assessed by a mechanic.
HOLIDAY RENTAL
On holidays or holiday weekends, our free hour promotion is not valid. There is a minimum of a 4-hour rental. Reservation Required. Labor Day Holiday Weekend Friday, Sept. 4 - Monday, Sept. 7.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
We try and be very flexible when it comes to bad weather. We will call you that morning if it is raining and you can either reschedule or get a refund on your payment. If you happen to already be on the water and get rained out, we can credit you the hours you didn't use for another trip.
CAN I BRING ANYTHING TO EAT OR DRINK ON THE BOAT?
Yes, you can bring anything you would like to eat or drink. We do sell in-store drinks, snacks, & ICE. We do ask that you don’t bring red wine. Glass is prohibited on Lake Conroe.
CAN WE BRING DOGS?
You can bring your furry friend but please don’t let them on the seats as their nails can tear the leather seats.
